Space Planning and Design

Through client interviews, we compile and analyze project requirements and develop a functional, efficient space plan. We create an interior environment which meets your aesthetic needs, your budget, and schedule.

Construction Documents and Permits

From the final design, CPM will develop the necessary drawings and design documents for construction and permits. We work with architects on projects which involve structural elements or in certain jurisdictions that require a licensed architect stamp.

AutoCAD and Design Tools

Using industry-standard software and tools, we are able to complete initial designs and update drawings as required throughout the project. CAD provides us with the ability to explore cost-effective alternatives and complete tasks quickly and accurately. Our work can be easily shared and integrated with other members of the project team.
